Hammer Goodger new in blue

Brentwood Town gave a debut to loanee keeper Tommy Goodger as they took on Aveley in the FA Cup on Saturday- and he had a baptism of fire, as he was picking the ball out of the net within one minute- but in the end it didn't matter as the Blues bounced back from two down to win.  

Tommy comes in on loan from West Ham United, where he plays for the Under 18 side. This appears to be his first experience of senior football- he was part of the youth setup at the Hammers after earlier playing youth football for Exeter City. He was part of the side which won the Under 17 Premier League Cup last season.
