Henshaw and Zuhdu make a Brentwood move

Brentwood Town have continued to strengthen their squad under new boss Brett Munyard, with Ryan Henshaw and Suley Zuhdu two more through the door.

Ryan comes in from Brett's former club, Aveley. He moved to the Millers in the summer of 2025, and played forty times last season, scoring twice. He has already made five appearances this seaosn. 

The defender moved to the Millers from AFC Sudbury. Ryan had several spells with the Yellows, and indeed has played more than two hundred and fifty times for the club, but you will also remember him as a title winner with Bishop’s Stortford in 22-23, when he was also named in our Team of the Season. He has also played for Haverhill Rovers, Heybridge Swifts, Braintree Town and, during the 23-24 campaign, Billericay Town, when he played twenty eight times. 

Suley makes a move from Pitching In Isthmian North side Buckhurst Hill, where his eight appearances have already brought a rather impressive seven goals. He was also at Aveley last season, where he scored ten goals in twenty one appearances.

Suley has a great deal of previous experience. He made seventeen appearances- with two goals- for Grays Athletic back in the 2017-18 campaign, spent time with Brightlingsea Regent during 22-23, scoring an incredible twelve goals in seventeen Premier appearances, and during the 23-24 season made a handful of appearances for Hashtag United. He also spent some time with Waltham Abbey in the Pitching In Southern League. His first spell with Buckhurst Hill saw twenty one games delivering thirteen goals, and he also spent time with Walthamstow during 24-25.
