Ady has been in charge at Princes Park since March 2024. Prior to that he managed Duli Pengiran Muda Mahkota Football Club to the Singapore Premier League title, and managed Barrow, Forest Green Rovers, Welling United and Gillingham. As a player, he had long and successful spells at AFC Bournemouth and Gillingham, and also turned out for Norwich City and Gravesend and Northfleet, as well as having a short spell in Norway with Molde.
Chairman Steve Irving stated:
“We’d like to thank Ady for his hard work over the past two seasons on the budget he was set. He has brought us some amazing moments and narrowly missed out on guiding us straight back up last season.
We thank him and his staff for their professionalism and dedication over the past few seasons and wish them the very best in the next chapter of their career."
