Vita Risk Solutions: Manager of the Month Award, August 2025

Here are our first collection of Vita Risk Solutions Managers of the Month of 2025- a quartet of very deserved winners. 

Pitching In Isthmian Premier Division

An unbeaten start to the season, top of the table, four wins out of five- Brentwood Town had a quite magnificent August. Only Aveley- and let’s not forget that they were in National League South last season, whilst the Blues were two steps further down- have escaped an encounter with Town with as much as a point. The Blues are also our top scorers, with fifteen goals so far, and only one side have a better goal difference- and you can add to that the fact that they’ve come from behind in every match!  Many congratulations to Keith Rowland, who receives an incredibly well deserved Vita Risk Solutions Manager of the Month Award- which he can display alongside the Manager of the Year Award we gave him for last season. 

Pitching In Isthmian North Division

Maldon & Tiptree are very much our title favourites, but just being favourites isn’t enough, you have to deliver on the pitch- and the Jammers certainly did that during August. We look only at League matches when deciding who wins this award, and Maldon won all of those, two at home, two away, whilst scoring more goals than anyone else in the Division and delivering the best goal difference. It would be remiss of us not to mention, however, that they’ve also played three Cup matches and won them, too, the last of those victories a giant killing against Canvey Island last weekend. Many congratulations to Kevin Horlock, the architect of a perfect start for the Jammers. 

Pitching In Isthmian South Central Division

Five matches, five victories, thirteen goals scored, only one conceded, four clean sheets, six points clear at the top- August couldn’t really have got much better for Leatherhead, could it? The Tanners have been in irresistible form, with wins over Westfield, South Park, Littlehampton Town and Bognor Regis Town to nil. Only Kingstonian have managed to score a league goal against the Tanners, for all the good it did them! Ian Selley must be delighted by the way his side has followed his instructions, and we hope he’ll be delighted with the shiny trophy we’re about to deliver to him, too! Congrats to Ian and his team. 

Pitching In Isthmian South East Division

AFC Croydon Athletic have spent the entirety of August on the road as work continues at their Mayfield Stadium- and given their form, perhaps they might want to do the same for the rest of the season! The Rams have so far travelled to Sevenoaks Town, Merstham and Beckenham Town, and returned to South London on each occasion with three points - the only side in Pitching In Isthmian South East to enter September with a one hundred percent record. Danny Kedwell is doing a fine job as chief Ram, and now he has a shiny trophy and our congratulations heading his way to commemorate a fabulous start to the season.
