Stones manager Jay Saunders and a crowd of more than 800 at the Gallagher Stadium saw Callum Driver grab the lead for the home side within two minutes of kick off and Jay May double it ten minutes later.
Substitute Alex Akrofi struck twice in the final 11 minutes to seal the win before their departure for the Football Conference next weekend after the Greens threatened a come-back, first firing home with a fierce drive after racing into the box and then from the spot with three minutes remaining.
Saunders and his side were presented with their silverware and medals on the pitch by new Ryman League chairman Nick Robinson and secretary Kellie Discipline.
