Former Wycombe Wanderers and Leyton Orient star Derek Duncan is in line to make his Aveley debut on Sunday after signing for the Ryman North's Millers.

The winger also made 22 starts for Woking when they won the Conference South title in 2012. Duncan will go straight into manager Justin Gardner's squad for the trip to Erith & Belvedere after his switch from Ryman Premier AFC Hornchurch was announced on Friday.

The 26-year-old's former clubs also include and AFC Wimbledon and Ebbsfleet United and Gardner is hoping he'll be joined by another new face for the clash at Park View Road.

He said: "Derek’s a very good player and will add a bit of quality to our squad. A couple of lads know him already so he’ll fit right in with the rest of the team and I’m delighted to have signed him.

"Derek will go straight into the squad for Sunday and there’s another player that I’m looking at who I hope to sign. Hopefully I’ll have him signed in time to face Erith as well."
