With the Ks leaving Kingsmeadow at the end of the season to share Fetcham Grove following the ground's sale by landlords AFC Wimbledon to Chelsea, the owner of Anderson Travel has vowed to lay on free travel to all home games during the 2017-18 campaign using the Ryman League's preferred coach travel partner and sponsors of this season's inaugural Ryman League Community Club accolades.
Anderson, pictured, told fans on Saturday night of his plans to cover the costs of the 20 mile round trip after the club's 3-0 reverse at home to Billericay Town in the Ryman Premier.
Some supporters have critised the decision to move in with the Tanners for the 2017-18 season while they secure a new home and Anderson, joint chairman alongside John Fenwick, said: “What is clear to us is that a significant factor deciding the location of the ground share for next season from those we spoke to was both the location and the logistics of getting to and from that location.

“Further to that, we are aware that for those on low incomes, students and fans past retirement age, the cost of getting to and from Leatherhead could be prohibitive to them getting their bi-weekly fix of K’s action. This is not something we ever wanted to sign up to and most importantly we need to look after that part of our fan base.
“Also, as a club with a strong awareness of our social responsibility to the community in which we operate, we were also aware of the increase to our carbon footprint due to the extra car journeys and distance our fans would be travelling to home matches, potentially adding to emission levels and congestion.”
