Dulwich Hamlet

Dulwich Hamlet are giving young striker Marcel Henry-Francis a chance to showcase his talents in the Ryman League following his release by Birmingham City.

The 19-year-old, pictured, was part of the Blues' U21 squad. Hamlet say they are happy to offer him a short term deal if he can help their Ryman Premier campaign and win a return to the professional ranks at the same time. Henry-Francis could feature for Dulwich on Wednesday night when they travel to fellow newcomers Thamesmead Town.

Hamlet's manager Gavin Rose said: "Marcel has just been released by Birmingham City, and I've signed him short term, to see how he does. If he does well and wants to stay we can see how he suits us. I am sure he will want to be strong fitness wise and sharpen up his play, to get back into professional football."
