Corinthian-Casuals have announced four new arrivals, and gave two of them a debut in the draw at Wingate & Finchley in midweek.
Merrick James-Lewis, a midfielder, played for the first seventy nine minutes of the match. Merrick has played for a rather large number of clubs after playing youth football at Southend United and Fulham, including Bishop's Stortford, Carshalton Athletic, Canvey Island, Staines Town, Merstham, Hendon, Walton Casuals, Grays Athletic, Haywards Heath Town, Sutton Common Rovers and East Grinstead Town.
Reuben Collins, a centre-back, played twenty one times in our Premier Division for Merstham last season, and has also turned out for AFC Wimbledon, Basingstoke Town and Truro City.
Simba Kudyiwa, a centre-back, played the entire ninety minutes. He was a youth and first team squad member at Aldershot Town, and later went on to play for Metropolitan Police.
Sam Dowridge, an attacking midfielder, spent time towards the end of last season with Bognor Regis Town, making nine appearances- including one against Casuals.
Sam also spent time with the Rocks during the 20-21 season- what there was of it- making a loan move to Nyewood Lane from Havant and Waterlooville. He managed ten Rocks appearances, and got what proved to be the winner in victory over Carshalton Athletic.
Prior to his time with the Rocks and the Hawks, Sam also spent time with Berkhamsted, Potton United, London Colney, Biggleswade United and Codicote.
He was an Academy player with Southampton and Stevenage, and has also played in Australia, for Preston Lions.
