A new ground sponsor for the Seasiders

Pitching In Isthmian North promotion hopefuls Felixstowe and Walton United have secured a new ground sponsor, with their Walton Road ground to be known as the AGL Arena. The official unveiling of the new sponsor will come soon- it should have been happening tomorrow night, but the club have postponed their scheduled friendly with Hadleigh United due to the expected extreme heat.

Astral Global Logistics- hence AGL- are based in the town, and provide freight and logistics

Adam Gosling, General Manager of AGL told the club website:

“The work that the football club does throughout the community with the Junior Section, Football Academy through to the Senior Side, who have just finished in the highest placed position in the club’s history, was a huge attraction in our Company commencing our relationship with the club. The synergies and ambitions of the football club very much match our own as a business, but also the welcoming, friendly atmosphere we experienced when we visited last season left a lasting impression.
