A new Rooks forward

By Ian Townsend

Lewes announce two new additions- but we told you about one of them earlier this week!

Lewes have announced the arrival at the Dripping Pan of two new centre forwards- former Wingate & Finchley man Anthony Mendy and Tony Halsey, formerly of Farnborough and Horley Town.

We told you about Mendy a few days ago- here. Halsey previously played for Redhill, joined Farnborough last season, and has previously been dual-registered between Borough and Horley Town. He's been rather prolific for Horley this season, scoring eleven goals.

Both will be in the Rooks squad that travels to Corinthian-Casuals today.

Here's how the Rooks announced the news.

Where next?

Geordies and Jammers hit six, Swifts go top, Worthing and Hastings maintain their advantage with late winners We had a goal-filled Saturday, and a change at the top in two Divisions. Here’s our comprehensive- almost four thousand word- round up of the action.
