Aveley yesterday announced two additions to their squad, one of whom was on the bench for Monday's defeat against Canvey Island.
Cerny Ando comes in from Cray Wanderers, where he had been for only a short time, playing twice. Cerny was an AFC Wimbledon youth who then moved up north, and played Under 18 and Under 21 football for Salford City. He then played a number of friendly matches for Kingstonian in the summer before joining Metropolitan Police.
Oli Coker, a midfielder, comes in on loan from Southend United. Oli has been part of the first team squad at Roots Hall on occasions, making his EFL debut aged eighteen at the end of the 20-21 campaign, in a draw with Newport County. He also made two appearances in the EFL Trophy.
He joined the club as an under nine, and has progressed through the Academy to perform regularly for the club's Under 18's and Under 23's. Last season he spent some loan time with East Thurrock United, making eleven appearances and scoring three goals.
