A Scholars double

Jermaine Anderson and Prosper Keto make a full back double at Potters Bar Town

Potters Bar Town have announced the arrival of a pair of full backs, as they prepare to travel to Chatham Town on Saturday.

Jermaine Anderson started his semi-professional career at Tower Hamlets, before moving our way, where he played for both Basildon United and Great Wakering Rovers. He made thirteen appearances for the Burroughs Park side, and had already made sixteen appearances for Basildon, making the number two shirt his own prior to his move to Wakering.

He started last season at Pitching In Isthmian Premier level with Brightlingsea Regent, and went on to play forty four times, scoring three goals. More here.

Prosper Keto was previously further North, where he played for Clifton FC and Pitching In Northern Premier League side Gainsborough Trinity, combining football with a criminology degree in Nottingham. He made eight appearances for Trinity as the 21-22 campaign came to a close, and another seventeen last season. He first came to prominence aged fourteen, scoring the winning goal as his school, St Aloysius, won the English Schools FA Playstation Cup at Reading’s Madejski Stadium.
