Ambers borrow a Dart

Dartford striker heads to Cheshunt

Cheshunt have borrowed Dartford's Norman Wabo for a month, according to the National League South side.

The striker, 19, who started his career at Southend United, joined the Darts from the Shrimpers in the summer. Whilst at Southend he had loans at Cambridge City, Ebsfleet United, Maidstone United and Braintree Town.

Dartford manager Steve King explained:

“Norman has not had the game time he needs, and it is important he goes out on loan and keeps up his match fitness and scores some goals. I wish him well and hope he comes back firing and ready to help us in the latter part of the season.”

He made his Ambers debut- and scored- in last night's Velocity Trophy victory at Barking.
