Bees boss departs

Basildon United have this morning issued a short message on social media to confirm the departure of manager Ajay Ashanike. It simply says:

“Basildon United wish to announce that manager Ajay Ashanike has decided to leave the club.

The club would like to place on record its thanks to Ajay and his staff and wish them well with their future endeavours.”

Ajay has only been in charge of the side since Mid December, when he took over after four successful years in charge of SCEFL side Fisher.
