Former Margate keeper signs on at Chatham Town

Chatham Town have announced the arrival of keeper Ben Bridle-Card, who may get to make his debut at Barton Rovers in the FA Trophy tomorrow night.

Ben had a fine campaign for Margate last season, making twenty nine appearances, and it was an enormous surprise when he was announced as a late summer departure from Hartsdown Park. He joined the Blues from Sevenoaks Town, and was the recipient of our AB1 Goalkeeping Golden Gloves Award for his performances in February.

Ben started his career with Leyton Orient and also played for Maidstone United. At our level, prior to Oaks he spent time with Sittingbourne, Faversham Town, Whyteleafe and Greenwich Borough.
