Moles “disappointed” by departure

Binfield have announced that managers Carl Withers and Jamie McClurg have left the club to take over at Pitching In Southern Premier neighbours Bracknell Town.

The club have stated their "disappointment" that Carl and Jamie, along with the "First Team Coaching Support Team" have moved to the Robins, but have immediately announced that Roger Herridge, part of that support team, is remaining with the club and will take over as Caretaker Manager.

Carl and Jamie steered their side to the FA Vase Final and to promotion to our ranks. They leave with the Moles in second place in Pitching In isthmian South Central, and having won their last seven matches in all competitions. They travel to Thame United in the FA Trophy on Saturday, and have an FA Cup Third Qualifying Round tie at Beckenham Town to look forward to.
