Brentwood announce Flanagan as their new manager

Former Blues boss returns to where he started

Brentwood Town have announced Adam Flanagan as their new manager, replacing Ryan O'Rawe, who left the club earlier this week.

Flanagan was at the Brentwood helm when they gained promotion to the Premier Division in 2015, finishing fourth in the North Division before defeating AFC Sudbury and Thurrock to emerge from the playoffs triumphant. He was then appointed manager of National League South side Concord Rangers, replacing Danny Cowley, and remained on Canvey Island until May 2018, when he decided to step down.

He has most recently been joint-manager of another National League South side, Dartford, resigning in September after fourteen months in the role.
