One more Swifts signing, and two more from last season confirm

Heybridge Swifts have confirmed the signing of former AFC Sudbury man David Cowley has signed on at Scraley Road for the 2021-22 season, and that he has been joined by Adam Topley and Archie McFadden, the last two returning from last season.

Midfielder David played youth football for Southend United and West Ham United, and then played in the USA, in Spain for Recreativo de Huelva, and then returned to the UK with Harlow Town. A season with Grays Athletic followed, and he also counts Thurrock, Ware, AFC Sudbury, Stowmarket Town and Walthamstow amongst his clubs.

Full back Archie played eight times for the club last season, whilst Adam joined the club from Pitching In Isthmian Premier side Brightlingsea Regent during lockdown, but didn't actually get to play because we weren't able to restart. Read more about Adam here, Swifts fans, given you haven't yet got to see him in action!
