Ellul new at Ramsgate

Joe Ellul moves from the Brickies to the Rams

Ramsgate have announced the signing of defender Joe Ellul, who moves from Sittingbourne for 'an undisclosed fee.'

Centre half Joe joined the Brickies from Maidstone United in February, and was a revelation at Woodstock Park, making sixteen appearances- during which he was on the losing side only twice. He was a National league South title winner- and supporters player of the year- at the Stones during the 21-22 campaign, and left his former club due to work commitments which would have interfered with his training requirements.

Joe was with the Stones for two and a half years, joining them from Maidenhead United. He spent some time in New Zealand playing for Tasman United, but before heading to Lord of the Rings land played for Braintree Town.

He previously spent time with Billericay Town and East Thurrock United.
