The left-winger, pictured, is aiming to make the grade at AFC Bournemouth this week after being handed a trial at Dean Court by the Premier League's Cherries.
Before heading to Dorset, Foxley had made ten first team appearances and scored one goal following his release from Dagenham & Redbridge's academy at the end of last season.
His chance comes after another former Soham youngster, Connor Wood, recently signed a deal with Premier League champions Leicester City.

Joint managers Robbie Nightingale and Dave Theobald are hoping Foxley will grab his big chance with both hands despite losing his services for Tuesday night's 1-1 draw with Wroxham in Ryman North at Julius Martin Lane.
Nightingale said: "Darren has been outstanding for us, so good luck to him down there. We signed him in the summer and it's a good chance for him to try to earn something.
“He has played every game since we signed him after leaving Dagenham, but he came through the West Ham academy and left there at 16. He's an exceptionally talented player who we think highly of and we think he can take his game to another level."
