After collecting the Middlesex Senior Cup in May to end the last campaign, Steve Baker's side beat Cockfosters 3-0 at Earlsmead on Saturday to lift the Middlesex Senior Charity Cup, pictured, and get the new season off to a trophy laden start.
Harrow Borough's proud chairman Peter Rogers was delighted with timing and also with the new entry they'd added to the club's history books.
Rogers said: "I am informed that it is only the 11th time the county cup double has been achieved in its 106 year history and this is the second time for us so we absolutely delighted and the timing couldn't be better with the new season about to kick off."
Boro beat Hayes & Yeading, Wembley and Uxbridge on the way to the final in aid of Help for Heroes and overcame a spirited but limited Cockfosters side at the weekend, Ben Long putting them ahead after 15 minutes and scoring again two minutes after the restart before diminutive winger Tom O’Regan scored on his club debut with 20 minutes to go.
