Enfield set up crowdfunder for stricken striker

Pitching In Isthmian North Enfield are counting the cost of a midweek friendly, after striker Deo Lima suffered a terrible injury.

Deo, who had made only two appearances prior to this match, was playing against Concord Rangers at Aveley when he was on the receiving end of a foul which had unintended consequences. He was taken to hospital and it was later confirmed that he had broken his tibia and fibula. He will be away from football for a considerable period of time, but even more importantly will have his ability to work severely impacted.
