Experienced defender joins new look squad

Experienced defender Curtis Robinson has signed on for manager Will Graham’s new look Red & White Army at Ryman South Whitstable Town.

The Oystermen announced on Tuesday night that Graham had snapped up the versatile 26-year-old who can play at left-back or in the center of defence.

Robinson, pictured, moved to Margate from Dover Athletic in 2008 and went on to feature over 120 times for them in four years at Hartsdown Park before returning to Ramsgate in 2012 where he'd kicked off his career in the club's youth ranks.

Robinson could feature when the Oystermen travel to Walton & Hersham on the opening day of the season on Saturday and a club spokesman said: "Will Graham and his management team are delighted to have captured the signature of this most sought after Kent player who is sure to compliment the new Oysters."
