Tommie Fagg moves to league leaders Chatham Town on loan

Chatham Town have announced the signing of former Ashford United man Tommie Fagg on loan from Tonbridge Angels. The midfielder initially signs for one month.

Tommie joined the Nuts and Bolts during the pandemic hit 2019-20 campaign, moving over from Sittingbourne, where he had made twenty seven appearances during that campaign, thirty three during 2018-19. This wasn't his first spell with United, and he had also spent time with Harlow Town.

He scored eleven times in thirty four appearances as his side marched to the Pitching In Isthmian South East Play Off Final during 2021-22, and his form caught the attention of Angels, meaning that he soon made a step up to National League South. He played thirty two times for Angels last season, and was quite prolific in pre-season over the summer, scoring five goals, including in matches against Hythe Town and Margate.
