Runners-up in the regular season, Marc White's side are heading for the Ryman League's top flight alongside champions Tooting & Mitcham United after beating Corinthian-Casuals 5-4 on penalties following a 0-0 draw after extra-time at their Westhumble Playing Fields home.
After missing out on automatic promotion on goal difference alone, Dorking went up the hard way on Saturday in front of a crowd of 967 in Surrey after also needing penalties to overcome Hastings United in Tuesday night's play-off semi-finals.
