Two new Blues

New signings follow new manager at Wingate and Finchley

After yesterday's announcement that Spencer Knight had been appointed as manager, Wingate and Finchley followed up by announcing the arrival of two new players- or rather, two former players.

First in came central defender Sean Grace. Sean wore the armband at Potters Bar Town last season, making thirty six appearances, adding to the thirty five he made for the Scholars the season before. After coming through the youth ranks at Leyton Orient and spending a little time on loan at Boreham Wood, Grace made his Blues debut in a friendly at Prestatyn Town in July 2014. He might make his second debut as league-leaders Folkestone Invicta arrive in North London on Saturday.

Joining Sean is midfielder Charlie Ruff. Charlie was at Summers Lane as recently as last season, making nineteen appearances and scoring two goals. He started last season at Hertford Town, making fourteen appearances and being called up for the England Representative side that visited the Falkland Islands, and moves over from Kings Langley.
