If you're looking for some entertainment this evening, a handful of your sides are in pre-season action.

Bognor Regis Town are taking a trip along the coast, and will take on Gosport Borough, who finished last season in ninth place in Pitching In Southern Premier South. There is live commentary if you can't make it, courtesy of Rocks Radio- head here to take up that option.

Stowmarket Town are also on the road, as they travel to face Walsham Le Willows. The Willows play in the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division.

Pitching In South East new boys Littlehampton Town will welcome National League South new boys Worthing, and we don't need to tell you anything about the Mackerel Men. Good luck to them at Step Two.
