Goather-Braithwaite in for the Tanners

By Ian Townsend

Leatherhead have a new number eleven

Leatherhead gave a debut to Darnell Goather-Braithwaite in Saturday's FA Trophy defeat at Faversham Town, their new number eleven moving in from Pitching In Isthmian Premier rivals Wingate and Finchley.

The winger had made thirteen appearances for the Summers Lane side this season, scoring three times- against Baldock Town, Corinthian-Casuals and Basildon United. Prior to his time in blue he was at Westfield, where he was rather prolific last season, with eight goals in nine matches before moving briefly to Hemel Hempstead Town.

He also played for Romford, and was a youth with Queens Park Rangers.
