Haywards and Mr Simpson

First they were in a relationship, and then they were out of one. Then they were in one again, before another parting of the ways. Next, a reconciliation, followed by a departure.

Last night Haywards Heath Town and man-mountain striker Melford Simpson announced that they were once more a couple. We're not sure that this one will last, either, but we hope so!

Melford may be in the squad to face Whitstable Town today, and with a striking record of better than a goal every three matches the Oysterboys might want to watch out. He didn't manage to score when the sides played out a nil-nil draw at the Belmont last season, so he's due a goal!
