Heath bring in Dan the Wasp!

East Grinstead midfielder signs on at Hanbury Park

Haywards Heath Town have announced the signing of East Grinstead Town midfielder Dan Pearse- perhaps as cover for Callum Saunders, who will be missing for several weeks after picking up a training ground injury.

Dan has made nine appearances for the Wasps this season, and also made a dozen last season- but has most recently been playing for Horsham YMCA in the Southern Combination. He has also turned out for Horsham, for whom he made three appearances last season, and for Dorking Wanderers, who he joined in 2017 and for whom he was an almost ever-present during 2017-18, scoring three goals including two in an eight-nil thrashing of Lowestoft Town.

He was a mainstay of the Burgess Hill Town side that won promotion to the Isthmian Premier in 2014-15, remaining unbeaten for months and knocking Sutton United and Aldershot Town out of cup competitions, and previously played for Farnborough and AFC Wimbledon.
