Back to winning ways for The All- whilst the visitors twelve match unbeaten run comes to an end

Second place Southall had taken only three points from their previous four matches, which to some extent had enabled Chertsey’s enormous lead at the top of the table. With three defeats from four The All hoped to get back to winning ways, but they had a significant obstacle heading their way, Westfield the visitors. The All made the breakthrough on seventeen minutes from the spot, Jaden Thompson-Brissett keeping his cool and scoring his twenty ninth of the season, and they made it two-nil just before the break, Darren Mark doubling their advantage. There was still time for a third before they all went off for a half time orange, Brendan Matthew perhaps making the lead unassailable, and although the visitors got one back a minute from time, Mayowa Adaje with it, that was that. The All cut the Curfews lead to six points, Westfield hold on to fifth place- but their twelve match unbeaten run comes to an end.
