Hillians bring back a former hero- and introduce a new face

Burgess Hill welcome back a promotion winner, and bring in a Wasp

Burgess Hill Town have announced two new signings- one a new arrival, and one a returning hero.

The latter is Scott Kirkwood. Scott was an integral part of the Burgess Hill side who won the Isthmian South Division in 2015, and which also knocked National League sides Sutton United and Aldershot Town out of the FA Cup and FA Trophy, respectively. The Hillians know what a fully-fit Scott is capable of, and they’ll be looking for him to help kickstart their season.

The newbie is East Grinstead Town midfielder O’Shaye Giraud-Hutchinson. O’Shaye has made ten appearances for the Wasps this season, scoring three goals- including two against his new side in the Velocity Trophy. That follows fifteen appearances last season. He was formerly a youth player at Charlton Athletic and Sheffield United
