Hornets and Woods highly placed in programme awards

By Ian Townsend

Horsham make the top ten and Northwood the top twenty in 'Soccer Club Swap Shop' Awards

At the end of every season Soccer Club Swap Shop announces the clubs it wishes to recognise for the quality of their programes. There is usually a smattering of Isthmian success- and this season is no exception, with Horsham and Northwood doing particularly well.

The awards, which have been running since 2008, have named the programme produced by the Hornets as the seventh best across the Non League world, and the best in the Pitching In Isthmian League. South Central club Northwood are also recognised, their fine programme featuring in nineteenth place overall, second best in the League. There is also an honourable mention for relegated Pitching In Isthmian South East side Haywards Heath Town, who haven't quite made the top forty but have been placed as third best in the League.

Congratulations to the Hornets, Woods and Heath, and many thanks to all of our programme editors and contributors for the many hours of hard work- sometimes at very short notice- that go in to creating fantastic content across the league.
