Brewster heads to Horsham

BetVictor Isthmian Premier Division leaders Horsham have announced the appointment of Craig Brewster as their new Director of Football.

Brewster was Assistant Coach at League Two neighbours Crawley Town until the summer. He had returned to the Broadfield Stadium during the 2018-19 season, nearly seven years after steering the club to promotion to League One- being thrust into the hot seat after manager Steve Evans unceremoniously jumped ship a month before the end of the season.

As a player, Brewster made more than seven hundred professional appearances, most of them in Scotland for the likes of Dundee United, Raith Rovers, Hibernian, Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Aberdeen. He has had management and coaching roles in Inverness and Crawley, and at Brighton and Hove Albion, Eastbourne Borough and Whitehawk. He currently lives in Horsham.
