Hornets sign a former Wasp

Cundle signs on at Horsham- temporarily

Shortly before kick off yesterday Horsham announced the loan signing of striker Greg Cundle from Concord Rangers.

Last season Greg was elsewhere on the A264, playing in the South East Division for East Grinstead Town- and he managed an extremely impressive twenty one goals in twenty six matches. That was his second spell with the Wasps, as he'd also played for the club whilst on loan from Gillingham a few seasons earlier, and he got eleven goals on that occasion, too.

He also spent loan time from the Gills at Tilbury, Billericay Town, Margate, Bishop's Stortford and Kingstonian. He signed for Concord Rangers in May.

He made his Hornets debut as a second half substitute for Chris Smith in the three-nil victory over Lewes, coming on in the sixty-second minute.
