Horsham "so grateful" for Football Foundation Grant

Horsham FC have announced that they have received a two thousand five hundred pound grant from the Football Foundation's Pitch Preparation Fund.

Announcing the grant on the club website, which you can find here, Club Secretary Jeff Barrett explained:

“We are so grateful to the Football Foundation. These are difficult times financially for Clubs such as ours, run entirely by volunteers on the income we are able to raise ourselves, and the generous grant will go some way to offsetting the cost of preparing our pitches for the resumption of football, whenever that may be.”

The money will go towards ensuring that the 3G pitch at the Camping World Community Stadium is ready for action when the new season finally kicks off.
