Hotshot Nikaj returns to the Nuts and Bolts

Ashford United will be delighted to have sealed the return loan of winger George Nikaj, as he was tremendous in their ranks earlier this season.

During his first loan spell with the club, George managed to score nine goals in fourteen matches- a period where his side didn't lose a single league match.

George, who represented Kent FA at Under 16 and Under 18 level, was initially with Charlton Athletic before heading to his current club, Dover Athletic. In his youth- he's still only nineteen- he had three years where he scored over fifty goals a season! He previously spent time with Ramsgate on loan, scoring two goals in seven matches, but sadly his time as a Ram was interrupted by the pandemic.

He has already made his first team bow for Dover, and is highly regarded.
