Mohammed Kamara swaps Herne Bay for Margate

Margate have announced the arrival of defender/midfielder Mohammed Kamara, who heads along the coast from Herne Bay.

Mo rejoined Bay in September, his third spell with the club, and he has since played twenty three times and scored one goal. He started the season with Faversham Town, these days hunting for promotion in the SCEFL, and last season was at Potters Bar Town, playing twenty six times and scoring six goals, and also turned out in National League South for Concord Rangers.

Mohammed ended the 21-22 season with Ashford United, playing eight times, and indeed started their Play Off Final defeat against Herne Bay. He was previously with Margate at Hartsdown Park, and he played eight times in the early part of 21-22, moving on to Whitehawk, playing twenty two times.

Mo has now had three spells with the Nuts and Bolts, and three with Bay. He has also played for Molesey and for Greenwich Borough.
