Lewis Knight moves to Enfield Town from Margate

Enfield Town have announced the loan signing of defender Lewis Knight, who heads to Donkey Lane from Margate.

Lewis has been at the Blues since the summer, when he signed from another set of Blues, Billericay Town. He has made nine appearances this season, but remained on the bench as his new club defeated his former club last month.

Knight joined the Billericay Blues in summer 2021, having moved over from National League South rivals Maidstone United. He also had some time on loan with St Albans City during his period with the Stones, having signed from the club from City, for whom he played during the 2018-19 season. He also he spent a little time with East Thurrock United, and turned out for our late lamented Thamesmead Town back in 2016-17.

His other clubs include Welling United and Concord Rangers.
