Henry Watson is the latest recruit to move from Newhaven to Lancing

Earlier in his career Henry turned out for the Lancers South East rivals Burgess Hill Town, before making a move down to the coast with Whitehawk. He was part of the Newhaven squad defeated by the Lancers in a promotion/relegation play off at the end of the 21-22 campaign.
