Robert Dyas League Cup

After knocking out holders Maidstone United, Hendon will host Margate in the semi-finals of the Robert Dyas League Cup while Grays Athletic and Billerciay Town have been paired together in an all Essex last four clash.

Gary McCann's side, who beat the Stones 2-0 at Earlsmead in the final quarter-final to be played last Wednesday night, were paired with Terry Brown's Ryman Premier title chasers when the draw for this season's semi-finals was made on Tuesday at the Ryman League's headquarters in Dartford.

Margate beat Kingstonian 2-1 at the Gallagher Stadium to book their berth and the chance to take on one of the top flight Essex sides contesting the other semi-final.

Athletic, who will host the tie, won 3-0 away AFC Sudbury to reach the last four while Billericay beat Whyteleafe 4-3 at home.

The dates for the ties are expected to be confirmed by Friday (February 27) following consultations between the clubs and the Ryman League before being posted on the fixtures pages.
