Jammers boss departs- little more than two months after he arrived

Maldon & Tiptree have this morning announced a parting of the ways with boss Adam Flint.

The former Witham Town and Bishop's Stortford boss took over from Paul Abrahams in early October, and has undoubtedly improved their results, but he departs with the club third from bottom of Pitching In Isthmian North. It looked as if his side had defeated the leaders, AFC Sudbury, on Saturday- only for the Yellows to take the points with two goals in the last four minutes.

A club statement have explained that Flint's departure is part of a restructure being undertaken by new General Manager Mitchell Cowling.
