Dulwich Hamlet have confirmed that the funeral of our friend Mishi Morath will be held on Wednesday 15th January. All are welcome at the club from 2.30 PM to await the arrival of the funeral cortege- and to the wake, which will begin at around 5.15 PM after the funeral has been held at Honour Oak Crematorium.
You can read all of the details in full at the Hamlet website, here-but one important thing to note is that it was Mishi's wish that nobody should dress in black. It has been requested that mourners wear Hamlet shirts, Hamlet colours, or, if they follow another club, their usual football colours. That is rather fitting, as although Mishi was pink and blue from head to toe, he would take the opportunity to watch the game whenever it arose and whoever happened to be playing.
Rest in peace Mishi. It has been said often since your passing that many clubs have their own Mishi, but in truth, whilst the sentiment is understandable, you were unique. There will never be another.
