Monday's Ryman Premier action review

By David Watters

The only game in the Ryman Premier on Monday night saw Andre McCollin's second half header cap a fine performance as Kingstonian kept their season alive with a 2-1 win over fourth-placed Bognor Regis Town, writes Pitchero's Steve Whitney.

K's kept their hopes of a play-off place alive as they shook off Saturday's performance and produced a good one to defeat the title-chasing Rocks ahead of their Robert Dyas League Cup Final against Faversham Town on Wednesday night.

McCollin was the two-goal hero, bagging both goals in the 14th and 62nd minutes, his strikes sandwiching an equaliser from Ollie Pearce with 11 minutes left of the first half.

The result keeps K's in seventh place in the table but one point behind Enfield Town with two games in hand and two points behind Dulwich Hamlet with one game in hand.
