New dad needs new celebrations!

Kiernan Hughes-Mason is likely to have a new goal celebration lined up for Leatherhead fans in the Ryman League's top flight after the striker's partner Billie gave birth to their son Khari at the weekend.

The 24-year-old played in Leatherhead's 1-1 draw with Grays Athletic at Fetcham Grove on the opening day of the Ryman Premier season on Saturday and will be hoping for a chance to show off his new routine on Tuesday night at Havant & Waterlooville if he plays on the south coast.

The Tanners wished the growing family of the former Milwall, Cheltenham Town, Tooting & Mitcham, Chelmsford City, Kettering Town, Grimsby Town, Welling United, Hayes & Yeading United and Maidstone United forward, pictured, well in a statement breaking the news on their official website.

The club said: "Leatherhead FC would like to congratulate Kiernan and his girlfriend Billie on the birth of their son Khari at the weekend. Best wishes to all three."
