Needham Market have renewed one of the longest running main shirt sponsorship deals in the Ryman League.

Delighted officials at the Suffolk club announced on Tuesday that The Windscreen Company, East Anglia’s largest independent vehicle glass repair and replacement company, would be continuing a partnership dating back nearly 15 years next season.

TWC and the Marketmen have been partners since 2000, coinciding with the most successful period in the Ryman North club’s history.

During that time the club has risen from Eastern Counties Division One to challenge for promotion to the Ryman Premier in April. Their success has also included winning both the Suffolk Senior Cup and the Premier Cup, the East Anglian Cup, two promotions and numerous other competitions along the way as well as enjoying great runs on the national stage in the FA Vase and FA Cup.

In a statement released by the club, TWC’s owner Barry Hegley said the Marketmen’s success and the broad exposure it has given the company had been a major factor in their decision to renew and that they were now looking forward to another "fantastic year" adorning the club’s kit and building on their "long and successful" partnership.

The Marketmen’s Chief Executive Graham Emmerson said: "This is yet another huge endorsement of the sterling work being done by Mark Morsley and his management team on the field and all the efforts of the volunteers off the field.

"Barry Hegley has once again demonstrated his faith and commitment to our club and he was very complimentary about the positive exposure that this gives to his company."
