Michael Finneran, leading goal scorer as a central defender, born leader.

4. Moving on to your current squad- which players do you think will make a big impact during the 2023-24 campaign?

5. Realistically, how do you think you’ll do this season?

5th position.

6. Which matches are you most looking forward to going to- and why?

Bury Town away, always good banter with their fans, even better when we beat them, good facilities all round.

7. What is your favourite Isthmian away ground?

Tilbury/Grays, good old fashion ground, from a fast disappearing era, now in in its death throes. A good club bar, and banter.

8. If you regularly travelled away, which ground served the best food?

Tilbury/Grays, served by ‘Eat Street Catering’, great food and not tight with onions, which some clubs including mine have an aversion to.
