Rocks bring in two from Waterloo(ville)!

Defender returns and midfielder arrives

Bognor Regis Town yesterday strengthened their squad with the return of defender Joe Cook from Havant & Waterlooville- and the arrival of Jake Flannigan from the same club, the latter on loan.

Cook spent some time at Nyewood Lane earlier this season, impressing the Rocks faithful with some excellent performances in the number five shirt. He got two goals, too- one against Enfield Town in a four-one victory and another in a three-nil Sussex Senior Cup win against Horsham YMCA.

Flannigan came through the youth setup at Southampton, and also played on loan at Burton Albion. He can apparently play in midfield and in defence if called upon. He signed his first contract with the Hawks four months ago, as has also spent some time on loan with Hampton & Richmond Borough.
