Rocks fans to hear the Pompey chimes once more

Three Portsmouth youngsters set to join Bognor on loan

According to the Bognor Regis Observer the Rocks are about to confirm three loan signings as they prepare for the new season- and each of them will be familiar to the Nyewood Lane faithful.

First in is striker Brad Lethbridge, who made thirty nine appearances in green and white last season scoring twelve goals. Brad is joined by centre-back Joe Dandy, who made three appearances last season- against Tonbridge Angels, Folkestone Invicta and Margate- and goalkeeper Peter Durin, who took the number one shirt in the 3-3 draw with Enfield Town and the home defeat to Leatherhead. Dandy and Durin each played for forty five minutes in last night's pre-season draw at Horndean.

The loan trio are all eighteen years old, and- of course- all move across from Portsmouth, who defeated the Rocks 2-1 in a friendly last week.

On Tuesday night the Rocks will take on another BetVictor Isthmian side, newly promoted Chichester City, in the Sussex Community Shield. This will be held at Culver Road, Lancing, and kick off at 7.30PM.
